Can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your delivery address and we have not fulfilled your order yet, please email us at sinfulsweetsxx@gmail.com to inform us of any changes. If your order has been fulfilled and you have received shipping confirmation your address can no longer be changed.

When can I expect my order?

Orders dispatched within 4 working days.

Our shipping courier is the 'Royal Mail' and costs differ depending on your order(s) weight and shipping class (this is calculated for you at checkout). Second Class orders take approx. 2-5 working days from when it's dispatched. First Class orders will take approx. 1-3 working days from dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been posted.


Do you offer Collections?

We offer collections from Gloucester (GL1), Please choose "collection" at checkout, We will then email you within 24 hours to arrange a date and time for your slot along with the full collection details.


What can I get in my custom orders?

Please use the check box with custom orders to select which sweets and/or chocolate you want in your mix.

You can select up to 10 sweets in 1kg mixes and up to 15 in 2kg mixes.

If 1-3 of your options are out of stock when making your order we will substitute these with something as similar as possible / extras of your chosen mix. If we have more than 3 options out of stock we will contact you via email to get you to select new items.
